SpecSeal Mullion Plug

SpecSeal Curtain Wall Mullion Plugs are fire-retardant foam plugs designed to the size and shape required to easily fit into the voids in the aluminum curtain wall framing members. The resilient foam plug absorbs sound, offers stability under varying environmental temperatures, while functioning as a fireblock and smoke-sealing system within the hollow aluminum framing. The intumescent plugs expand 10-15 times in high temperatures effectively impeding the passage of fire, smoke, and hot gases.
